Changes to the plugin

I have geen using this for quite some time (years) but I think I made some changes. These are attached in case they are of use.

Probably I should have used your version as a starting point for the fixes ...

I see you also made it backwards compatible with older Domoticz versions. Nice! I will add that part of the code.

I've merged your changes (I think):

• blinds device with stop button
• compatible with older Domoticz version
