При отсутствии захода игрока на сервер в течение 3 месяцев (срок выставлял алек, я лично думаю надо 1 месяц) автоматически лишать его членства в клане

Существует мод yl_scheduler из Your Land, который позволяет запланировать выполнение какой-нибудь функции на конкретное реальное время.
