Hey, just wanted to tell you guys that I am writing up some flavor for Theodoric, I feel that him permanently being stuck with Romano-Gothic felt strange.
This flavor will tie into me fixing up the flavor that used to exist for him. Essentially Theodoric will begin as Ostrogothic but will be able to enact a decision to become Romano-Gothic at the cost of a vassal opinion hit from his Ostrogothic vassals, he can even take this a step further if he owns Rome, becoming full Roman culture at the cost of most of his germanic vassals despising him.
These decisions will only be able to be enacted by the player. Considering Theodorics culture was such a big deal during earlier development I felt it proper to bring it up before trying anything.

I plan on making another decision for Odoacer as well, it really doesn't fit to have Skiirian and Romano-Gothic culture spreading far and wide across Italy because of these rulers strange ancestry.
I feel like for some cultures and characters, like Odoacer, we need a way to turn culture-conversion off. Like for the different established Roman Cultures. A Romano-Gallic shouldn't be able to convert a Romano-Hispanic, as they are simply Romans from Hispania and Romans from Gaul.
Also, while I still maintain he should be Romano-Gothic at start, I won't start a war over this change
