C++ plugins for Roblox Studio

Hello, would like to get an official answer to this:

• There is a C++ library I'd like to use as a plugin in Roblox Studio for motion-controlled animations
• I can produce its API wrapper using SWIG's Lua backend for Lua 5.1 bindings
• It can be statically linked with Luau here as a test...
• ... but can it be loaded/used inside Roblox Studio?

I want to make it as a plugin. Given the security considerations around Roblox I am not sure if this is possible, or has to be done as an external service accessible via HTTP service REST API or some such. If this is indeed possible, I'd like to know how; if not I will take it the REST route.

This is impossible - it needs to be done as an external service + HTTPService-based plugin inside Roblox Studio.
