I was getting an error of ".offset.top()" not found #33

I was getting an error of ".offset.top()" not found, which drove me crazy.
Later, I found out (from the monthpicker's java script) that it also expects ID defined for that HTML element.
This should be a part of documentation..
Neverthless, this is a great control, and it really helped me a lot in my application.
