sqlalchemy storage - fixes #5 and #6

* added sqlalchemy storage

* default storage for django

* more tests

* allow to repeat tests

useful for non-deterministically failing tests

* abstract away guuid generation

* use ts for ordering, id should be uuid

* added "make django_makemigrations" call

* reset django migrations

* removed unused import

* fixed test

* actually filter by entity_id
