This improves reading/parsing of
.proplotrc-- YAML is no longer required, we now parse just like inmatplotlibrc. It also fixes an issue from #91 that removed the .proplotrc file display from the website documentation. Also adds some related changes: thegridminorprops are now children of thegridprops (so changing the latter also changes the former), and some minor bug fixes.
