Freeze participants' names while scrolling right

We have polls running for a whole month and it would be ideal if we could always see the participants' names when scrolling towards the end of the month.

Hello. I second this request. Would be easier to find yourself on the participant list if the name pane can be locked in place. We have a rather long list of names (18 people) and 9 different dates so making edits especially on mobile is not too handy with disappearing names.

Can I second this request too (or do I have to third it?), and add that it would be really useful if you could also freeze the list of dates in the top row so participants at the bottom of the list can still see which dates they're ticking.
