KinectV1 and V2 hand's depth image extractor

This is a repository which is a copy from an example in NiTE2 which was added some features:

Hand pose extraction based in current skeleton position
Skeleton position extraction
extract hand's gestures to classify, dynamic or static gestures
extract matching skeleton from gesture.
