Changes for getting QGIS build with MinGW. #10

This is the changes i had to do to get QGis build on Win7 with MinGW.
In the CMakelist.txt for the src/core I had to "hardcode" the setpapi string otherwise it adds the full path into the link library list.

is that android or qt5 specific?
in other words, wouldn't this better be merged upstream?

Its qt5 specific, must i then create PR to the main QGIS repo?

Just from reading it it looks unrelated to Qt5.
As Qt5 support has recently been merged to master I think it's best to create a pull request directly there. This way the Windows people will be able to check the changes as well.

Ok thanks. You are completely right. I don't know where my head was, the
changes is more MinGW related.
I will then create a pull request on the main QGIS repo.

Don't store references to symbols in 3d symbol handlers
