Default configuration

  • Enumerate power supplies on AMC.
  • Following successful boot what are nominal voltages and currents?
    • without RTM
    • what is maximum power draw permitted for RTM?
  • Cross reference LED table.

Default Power configuration

Describe broadly how the Sayma_AMC power system is setup and configured. This is a bit opaque to me. There's an SPI bus? And a config file generated using Exar Power Architect? How does this configuration get onto the MMC?

  • power on delays and time constants (PID?) for each IC
  • observed voltage noise

Programming

  • instructions on how to configure Exar chips
    • If somebody wanted to adjust a power supply how would they do it? Is there enough information in the documentation to support this?
    • PCB header vs SPI to MMC
    • what version of Exar Power Architect? Where do I get it?
    • location of configuration files

Debugging

  • Is there debug information available for the power supply system?
  • Is there Exar documentation on how to do this?

  • Note that active cooling is required for the board. What flow rate assuming 20 C air?
