  • Fixes Vagrant permission issue (not being root) when trying to get the project up and running.
  • Updates README with basic instructions for getting the project up and running.

Thanks for the fix and the README 😄 Your checks are failing because of a bug in the CI config (see #2) so I'm going to merge this anyway.
