R Maelstrom: Rmonize v1.0.0, madshapR v1.0.2, fabR 2.0.0

After running harmonized_dossier_visualize() on the DEMO files, the total number of variables is listed as 12 under "About the dataset - 0.1 Overview". However, the total number of variables (if including the identifier) is actually 13. The identifier variable (adm_unique_id) is also not listed in the table.

Resolved - the report now displays the identifier variable with the correct number of variables.
