Add kills and deaths statistics

Begin to track kills and deaths, and find a way to display them.
Perhaps integrate with /f top?
Perhaps integrate with PlaceholderAPI?
Should these stats be tied to a Faction or to a player?

I'm not sure if the factions need more statistics. In my opinion, it is important for the factions to be able to protect the land and the possibility of war between the factions.

Different people want different things with the plugin that is why it is so bloated with features. I don't expect you, or anyone else for that matter, to use them all.
