This release rebases Cutcon on Clipper making many changes and improvements.

• Add support for opening a media via command line or OS "Open with"
• Add ability to drag and drop files on intro and cover when a file is already selected
• Animate appearance of dialogs
• Animate opening/closing of the side panel
• Add a basic website for the project

• Reimplement and improve media player
• Use proper namespace/prefix for app preferences
• Disable album art input when file is not video/audio
• Reduce the delay for showing tooltips
• Make the error message in error window selectable
• Make the quality label update as the slider is being dragged
• Show screenshot button activation when using keyboard shortcut
• Disable taking screenshot with shortcut when it is disabled
• Change the display transition effect shown when changing the media

🐞 Bug fixes

• Fix image distortion on displays with scaling/density greater than 1
• Fix the bug with not playing mono-channel audio files
• Fix the bug with not playing media files with non-ASCII names or paths
• Fix the bug with converting audio with album art to MP4
• Fix the bug with converting video format with no video to MP4
• Fix the problem with speed fast icon having too narrow a stroke

• The output formats are currently limited to raw/original, MP4, and MP3
• If a media is cut, the result will be accurate only up to 300 milliseconds.
  This is because, under the hood, VLC is used and VLC times are not precise
• For the full variant, antiviruses may falsely detect some VLC files as threat.
  Exclude those files in your antivirus. Or, download the regular variant of the app
