Hi, comme pour tt les autres bugs, j'essaierai de corriger quand j'aurais du temps |
Could you post a single example ? |
Here you are! With this code I've got a [ at the bottom of the 3th page. I'm sorry if this example is too long, but there is no problem with the short texts .
|
Could you try with these .sty file ? |
That doesn't work... |
??? could you send me your files ? |
Oh, I see. I just move the problem from the bottom to the top of the page … |
Ok. The problem was (I think) with your own \newtwocolfootfmt command. I explain : this command (like the command of standard ledmac) makes hbox (which is one of the little unity of TeX). But the management of hanging symbol is based of hbox counting. Consequently, some commands need change the hbox counter. In the present case, it will be :
\newcommand{\newtwocolfootfmt}[3]{%
\addtocounter{hbox}{-3}%
\normal@pars\hsize .47\hsize\tolerance=5000%
\rightskip=0pt\leftskip=0pt\parindent=0pt%
\strut{\notenumfont\printlines#1|}\enspace%
#2\/\rbracket\penalty100\thinspace%
\normalfont #3\strut\goodbreak}
.
I have write similar code in standard \xxxxfootftm commands. Could you try with these files ? |
It works with my example, but not with an another text, a bigger one
|
could you send this text ? |
Hi!
When ledpar compile the document at the first or the second time, it sometimes makes an error message : "The left page has ended on a right page."
At the next compile, howewer, this problem disappears and the two texts are facing as we want. But when I use the command "\renewcommand{\hangingsymbol}{[,}" (for the verse's hanging), LaTeX put a rigth bracket ( [ ) at the top or at the foot of the page where the error was at first.
When I remove this command the rigth bracket vanish, when I put "\renewcommand{\hangingsymbol}{blop}", for example, I've got "blop" instead of [ at the top or the bottom of the page... So it's certainly a problem with hangingsymbol!
I hope you'll be able to help me!
Enimie
