User reported that comment reply links were treated as page transitions (in 0.9.8)
Though this could be theme specific, there may be a common pattern in default comments template for reply links.
If so, comment reply links could be ignored in the future based on this pattern.
(Users with theme-specific custom comment templates will probably need to add the link class to the ignore list in the plugin Settings.)

Filter added to 1.0.2 release to automatically add the comment-reply-link class, so that there is no need to add it to the plugin settings list manually.
