Font Inter glyph A and Q broken

I downloaded the font Inter from your service a few days ago, and I just found out that A and Q look terrible. In some places they have cut out parts that should be filled:

But on the Google Fonts page the glyphs aren't broken:

It seems like your downloader adds some other fill-rules to the fonts that shouldn't be there.
