Does latin-ext include latin or do I need to check both?

I believe so, but I would expect the opposite. For Poppins v20 400 normal:

	Google Fonts	google webfonts helper
latin	7.7 kB	7.7 kB
latin-ext	5.4 kB	11 kB
devanagari	41 kB	45 kB

Not sure why only latin matches up to the size from Google Fonts? The other charsets from this tool all seem to be larger than expected (do they all duplicate latin?)
