This is my Notes repo. This repo contains a collection of all of the notes I have written while studying and learning various topics in my education and studies. I want to make these notes public and usable by anyone wanting to learn to help others more easily learn the skills I have developed. I have also made great efforts to make these notes as easily viewable as possible via my website: https://notes.ethancpost.com.
This entire repo and the website are currently under continual development. I have recently taken up the effort of converting these notes to Zettelkasten note taking format to link common ideas together and hopefully some day build a “brain map” of all the concepts in this repo. Disclaimer Since these are personal notes any content in this repo or the website is subject to containing partial or even inaccurate ideas or concepts.
To build the website and view it locally you will need docker and make on
your system and then you can simple run make at the root of this repo. The
website will now be available in the Website directory. To host this website
via docker you can also simply run make dev in the root of this repo
and the website will be available at localhost:8080.
To stop the web server you can also run make stop to stop the
docker container.
