`git pull --recurse-submodules`
Sketch > Include Library > Add .ZIP Library
Navigate to the ESP library in thirdparty

In:
File > Preference > Additional Boards Manager URLS
Add:
`https://dl.espressif.com/dl/package_esp32_index.json, http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/package_esp8266com_index.json`
Select:
Tools > Board > Board Manager
Search: ESP32
Install Board Library
Select:
Tools > Board > Board Manager > ESP32 Dev Module
