bcolz 1.2.1 should be available via conda-forge soon. Not a high priority but would be good to upgrade.

Also pandas to 0.23.3, seaborn to 0.9.0 and snakemake to 5.2.1.

Seaborn in particular fixes an annoying warning in distplot.

Not a major rush/priority though.
