Output files:

The output files will be stored at a new folder created by the workflow. The folder is named as “GeNetKEGG_Results” and it contains the following files:

  • *_res1.xlsx” : presents the accumulative performance results for the top 10 significant groups.
  • *_res2.xlsx”: contains the results for all the MCVV iterations
  • “*topics_by_RobustRankaggreg.xlsx”: shows the significant groups created by the R package RobustRanksAggregation and the groups are ordered by their p-values.
  • *Genes_by_RobustRankaggreg.xlsx”: shows the significant genes which are ordered by their p-values.
