I've pulled in your API key work, and done some minor rewording and adjustments to the effect of deprecating the old IP-based authorization system. Thanks for your contributions, and sorry it took this long to get it into the main project. |

Added API Key to Mantis BT Source Integration. This is to be used as an alternate verification method since GitHub is cloud-hosted and does not have a distinct set of IP addresses to whitelist.
