SNU Mess Menu Bot

Telegram Bot that sends daily mess menu for Shiv Nadar University on channel @snu_mess

parse.py parses the website source link and converts the mess menu into a response dict
bot.py checks if there is need to publish the menu. If yes, it pretty prints to the channel
