Add Atlas Server to product menu

Do you like it in "More"? Or did you have another place in mind?

@HeyStenson for review, please. We shouldn't merge too eagerly, though, since we don't want this out before the Atlas Server docs page.

Also, Alex let me know this morning that the product name is now going to be Atlas GL.

I caught this branch up to master so I could add an entry to the new changelog.

You can merge it whenever @HeyStenson! We'll need to do a release and bump the version of dr-ui we're using again in the Atlas docs for the changes to appear. Luckily Dan walked me through the release process earlier this week so I should be able to do it myself this time 🎉 (unless there are special permissions needed for such things cc @davidtheclark).
