Change to use OSX sym linked location for SDK. #477

While detecting the current path for the OSX xcode SDK is useful, it now has been replaced by a symlink that works for all versions. This can cause problems indirectly where later we set -isysroot flags from compiled code such as with mapnik-config which will provide this flag to the previous sdk version as we update.
