Dear authors,

it is wonderful so see infomap being compiled for the use in R. I was wondering how to use the package exactly? Also, if there is any help needed to set-up the package (information, functions, etc.), I would be glad to help make the R package of infomap acessible.

All the best

Hi, thanks for your question!

This is a work in progress to provide Infomap as an R binary package.
Right now, we are struggling with stack usage errors in R and don't know how to proceed.

The only way to currently use Infomap directly from R is with the infomapecology package, and requires a separate Infomap installation.
