I am running an app from localhost:3000 and I am seeing this error:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'http://epsg.io/3978.proj4' from origin 'http://localhost:3000' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

Running the app in Safari of over https fixed the issue
