Do you have any test data so that I can confirm that my setup is working?

Hello @aboyher , the wiki contains a few links to some a. thaliana assemblies.

https://obj.umiacs.umd.edu/marbl_publications/merqury/index.html contains a few prebuilt meryl dbs, including the a. thaliana. Check if meryl statistics <any.meryl> | head works.
