Hi,

A good job of rewriting of meryl. We found some issues of it in our tests too.

Is it OK to add kmer-mask support too? firstly it is OK to just add the support of the make of kmer-mask source.

The goal is to support (most) of the original functionality. There is still a lot of work to be done before kmer-mask can be supported though. I have no good estimate of when it'll be implemented.
