The extension is no more working because of Medium has changed their home page design.
Hide Medium is an extension that hides starred articles on Medium to keep you focused and avoid frustration.

Download ZIP and unzip the archive somewhere on your computer.
In Firefox: Open the about:debugging page, click "This Firefox", click "Load Temporary Add-on", then select the manifest.json or any other file in the extension's directory.
