pip install anchor_exp fails, replace with anchor-exp

Ah, when the original !pip install failed, it tried to load anchor_text, failed and cached that failure. Subsequent installation with setup.py requires restarting the runtime to make it work.

So, it basically boils down to why pip install anchor_ext failed. However, that also fails outside of Colab and I am positive that it has worked a few days ago. pip install anchor-exp works fine, so maybe you could edit the README.md accordingly?

Thanks! Yeah, the pypi name is anchor-exp, I made a mistake in the readme. Fixed by e02c950
