CircleCI will run on v2.1. A new configuration has some maintainable commands (
install,test,audit).This change is same as Marpit and Marp Core, but Marp CLI has some issues have to consider: Automation of pushing Docker image to Docker Hub and uploading executable binaries to GitHub Release.
