A security-focused WordPress plugin that puts your site into maintenance mode and shows visitors your own HTML page or a built-in template.

Installation

1. Download secure-maintenance-page.zip below.
2. In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the zip and activate it.
3. Open Settings → Maintenance Mode, choose a template or upload your HTML file, tick Enable and save.

Requires WordPress 5.8+ and PHP 7.4+.
