XPPlugins for macOS x86_64/arm64 2023

Fixed minor Problems on macOS. Added latest XP12 SDK. Universal intel/arm64 Mac binaries. Original author is https://github.com/matatata/XPPlugins. You should be able to use the original binaries with XP12 on windows, but I put my builds here anyway.
