as discussed on IRC:

The graphs look great, but are lacking in other areas.
A good solution would have the following properties:

-easy to keep an overview of
-can have multiple nodes unfolded
-can be navigated using the keyboard

A possible solution would be a traditional tree view, as found in many file-managers.

Thanks for the issue, I will keep it in mind for a while, and see what can I do about it

I am using D3 library, if you do not mind you could take a look at this gallery, and do tell if you like something... https://github.com/mbostock/d3/wiki/Gallery

My idea was that this graph was just one of the views, the other type of
the view would be configuration browser similar like one osx has for
example(you can also look for design in interfaces routers have, mikrotik
has quite powerfull web interface for config for example). Also it would be
nice to be able to see/edit many nodes at the same time.

I have been thinking... this graphs are way too much cpu intensive and not enough useful, they only have WOW factor and even that fades away after a while, so I removed the graphs and replaced them with simple informative list with a way to search through: attribute, description and value of the config options
I still have to add better keyboard bindings for navigation

For beginning simple searchable list would be just enough
