Added a remark concerning nested meta repos, and proposed an alternative solution. Simplified some title names, and cleaned up the nested list.

Sorry, this is not correct. Nested meta repos are completely supported, you just have to cd into the directly of the nested .meta file and initiate commands there. Automatic traversing of meta projects, including nesting, is not supported. But that's a feature, not a bug.
