A Mac app that sends ReadingList articles to Instapaper

1. Set the username and password in ViewController.swift.
2. Run the app
3. Wait for it to send all the bookmarks, check that they’re all there.
4. Go to ~/Library/Safari/Bookmarks.plist and delete the com.apple.ReadingList node to clear it from Safari.
