RN: Search results scroll area cutting off content in some scenarios

Steps to reproduce:

1. Search for ‘Test’ on community and wait for results to display
2. Tap the home icon in the bottom tab bar and go in to any channel
3. In a channel, start typing a draft
4. With the keyboard still open, press the < button in the top nav bar
5. Switch to the search view by tapping the search icon in the button tab bar
6. Notice the previous results are cut off and the scroll area is not the full height

Expected

• The scroll area should be the full height of the view rather than only half of it

Note, this also seemed to cause overlapping text to show in behind the tab area at the top
