Internal Normalisation

This repository accompanies the paper Representation of s-process abundances for comparison to data from bulk meteoritic rocks by Lugaro et al. submitted to the European Physical Journal A.

The notebook contains code to internally normalise stellar models that is then used to recreate all the figures in the companion paper. It also contains code to generate a comparison between different internal normalisation protocols as discussed in the companion paper. The result of this comparison is the NormalisationComparison.xlsx file included in this repository.

To view a static version of the notebook click here. For an interactive version click here. To run the notebook locally you need to install the isopy package which requires python 3.9 or above. See notebook for which version of isopy to install.
