I'm using this with my typescript project and it hangs every time I try to list all TODOs. This may or may not be because of the latest update to v0.10.8 since I did not try this extension before 0.10.8.

I have the same issue, when attempting to list all TODO's it will just crash vscode.

Thanks for the issue!
This is now fixed thanks to a pull request by @salerth.

Install the latest version, which is 0.5.0 and the problem should be gone.
