While RPC is a great end goal, it is burning the majority of my engineering time at the moment, while being only a minor part of the feature goals. It will likely return later once the engine is actually doing real things.

Won't build on Travis yet since it depends on an unaccepted PR for capnp
While RPC is a good end goal, it's slowing me down too much during
prototyping. I'll re-add it later.
* Bump to Rust 1.5.0
* Drop capnproto req since RPC has been ripped out.
* Remove build of capnproto
* Add creation of "holmes" user on the database to test
* Switch to IP-based connection (the unix socket is in a different place
  on my machine vs travis)
