I want do a release at friday.
Lots of improvements, major planned changes like conn URL.
Also ros-*-mavlink sub-rev4 don't go to repo, before mavros builds with it.

Need to decide close #33 (as request done) or keep it open for discussion.
Also not sure what status of #48, @ggregory8 can it be closed? I think last error not related to issue title.

Need tests for setpoint plugins after it updates.

I will confirm this and then tell you.

I decide to move extras into this repo (easier to synchronize API changes). See #101.
