Counts the amount of Ground Truth lines in a PAGE XML file or a directory

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -d DIRECTORY, --directory DIRECTORY
                        Directory containing PAGE XML files
  -i INDEX, --index INDEX
                        Index marking ground truth TextEquiv elements
  -s, --stats           Output detailed stats into csv file.
  -so STATS_OUT, --stats-out STATS_OUT
                        Output directory for stats csv file.
