Add continuous integration to the smart module #130

The aim for the initial continuous integration is to have

A link to a CI server
- preferably Travis.ci as it is the default Github service
Add a link to the README
- This is used in addition to the Arduino CI
Add a Unit Test framework
- Use the default (import unittest)
