Very nicely put together!
I haven't had a chance to comb over the CSS, but one thing: you might not need the vendor prefixed versions of many of those styles (though I could be totally wrong).
You'll find some notes in the form of comments and code changes in the .js files.
(You probably don't want to actually merge this PR, just look at the diff so you can find my notes easily.)
