As I would like to use viz.js in a commercial software, I would like to know the license you intend to attach to viz.js.

Are you planning on distributing the build (the viz.js file) or the project (the Makefile, wrapper, etc)?

In that case, it may be that the bulk of the work you are using is covered by Graphviz's license. The viz.js file does include a small amount of JavaScript and compiled JavaScript wrapper code which I wrote, and I have added a file which attaches the MIT license to that.
