Remove use of {{GeckoRelease}}

[teoli2003]

{{GeckoRelease}} is deprecated.

Three types of fix:

• changed for a mention of the equivalent Firefox release;
• remove the notes as it was about old Firefox behaviour that doesn't matter today anymore;
• was describing the spec behaviour and this is incorporated, in a timeless manner, in the prose.
