This PR removes the h2m HTML -> Markdown conversion script from Yari, as it has been moved to its own repository, https://github.com/mdn/markdown. To make it clear to contributors that the script is no longer here in Yari, the md command has been simplified and moved to m2h, while the original md command will return a message pointing users to the new script repository.

Looks great. Could you merge queengooborg#134
I found some things to clean up.
