This PR removes the
h2mHTML -> Markdown conversion script from Yari, as it has been moved to its own repository, https://github.com/mdn/markdown. To make it clear to contributors that the script is no longer here in Yari, themdcommand has been simplified and moved tom2h, while the originalmdcommand will return a message pointing users to the new script repository.
